Hi everyone, is anyone here using Klarna’s buy now pay in 30 days option?
We’re considering adding this option to our store with the aim of increasing conversions. Our niche is very specific where people often like to try the product before they buy. Our current return rate is extremely low.
However, we’re worried that by enabling this option and advertising it in our marketing campaigns, it may attract the wrong kind of customer that actually only purchase with the sole idea of using the product and sending it back before the 30 days. Our products take heavy impact when used, so can’t be resold afterwards.
Thoughts? We think this could be a good way to stand out from our competitors, but it doesn’t come without some big risks too.
