ShippingEasy Users: Is anyone else having issues w/ virtual products?

ShippingEasy isn't supposed to pull virtual products into its system, but it has been for months (for us at least).

This is filling up our shipping queue with hundreds of orders that shouldn't be there at all.

Most of these orders contain both physical and digital items so we can't just dismiss the orders.

We've looked into using Shipping Rules to clean things up but it'd mean we have to break orders apart, remove the virtual items, and then try to reassemble the orders.

Any advice from more experienced pros here?
