Zendesk to Gorgias?

My company has been using Zendesk for about 3 years now and we’re considering moving over to Gorgias as our help desk.

We’re really interested in the automations piece of Gorgias and I would like to get feedback on the accuracy and effectiveness from anyone who’s used it.

Also looking to connect with anyone who has experience migrating between the two. What kind of problems did you experience? How long did deployment take with Gorgias? What are your thoughts in comparing the two systems?

I’m aware that Gorgias has some phone limitations and currently is only able to support SMS through 3rd party services like Attentive or Klayvio.
