Hey fellow entrepreneurs,
Some friends and I started a marketplace for bicycles and we're running into a problem.

We got lucky during covid and shops and people started putting their bikes on our platform a lot.
They are checked for theft. The site is bike-oriented (you can filter by pretty much anything) and every payment is guaranteed to be safe.
Now despite a lot of interested, organic traffic (20k+/month) over 85% drops off after adding a bike to their cart! And we still can't figure out why.
What do you guys think? Is the checkout terrible? Is the product-market fit just bad? Any advice is appreciated, thanks in advance.
