I have around 50 to 80 orders per day and the average order has at least 5 different items

I'm facing an issue where as once every 2 or 3 days , a customer would call and report an item missing. Claiming they have received the order but an item or two were not in the package

I have over 15,000 sku's and its virtually impossible to trace every item and whether it has left the warehouse or not

Has anyone got a proper solution to this issue? Any smart way to tackle this issue once and for all? I'm losing money constantly and I'm afraid people will figure out this loophole and start abusing it because my solution is to just send the customers their items again even if they were dishonest in the first place
