Amaz0n operates differently than Ebay and Paypal, they are not interested in the Seller – only the customer. Thats a great business model when there is a disposable amount of sellers and buyers – in the current market situations.
So, we sell products on Amaz0n, Ebay, Websites etc. This has happened on numerous occasions now where a product is purchased by the buyer on Amaz0n, we send the product out, the delivery takes longer than expected (with courier) and the buyer is refunded by Amaz0n. The item was being held up at customs (very common these days) and this was noted to Amaz0n & customer, so they knew it was on the way. There is no grace period given for potential delays. Amazon have consistently said they are sticking with their decision and not to contact them again.
The product then arrives the next day. Proof of delivery is given to seller, and buyer contacted via Amaz0n. Now the buyer has the option on Amazon to block the seller…. So now he is uncontactable! We contacted Amaz0n and situation explained, and as you can imagine they don't want anything to do with it, and state that it is up to the buyer to honour paying for the product.
SO IF YOU ORDER SOMETHING THROUGH AMAZ0N, THEN SAY IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED, GET YOUR REFUND, AND THEN BLOCK THE SELLER, YOU HAVE A FREE PRODUCT!
"Refund the buyer
The most customer-friendly solution is to issue a refund for a product that was not received. If the original order arrives after you've made a refund, Amaz0n can recharge the customer (with their authorisation). For information about full and partial refunds, see Refund Orders."
