Shipping and tax question

Hi sellers,

Quick questions.

1. When shipping to a different state when does sale tax apply? If at all? Example: if I ship from Va to Co to a business is there taxed charged? If I ship to a business who give me their company number is tax charged? If I ship to an individual is taxed charged?

Within state: 1. Same as above.

So when is sales tax charged and when is it not within state and out of state.

If a sales taxed is charged, do I charge at the receivers state tax or my own?
