I have physicall nexus in Virginia so I collect and remit sales tax there, I do not have next in any other state. I usually take a month down in Florida and just bring of a load of my goods with me to ship from there. Do I need to start collecting and registering in florida for sales tax? Is that considered nexus? I basically just shipping them while on vacation so my customers dont have to wait 3 weeks for me to ship their order. Thanks all!
