My website is currently only available in English, but a lot of my customers come from countries where English isn't an official language. In some of these countries, only a small part of the population knows English.
I've only run ads in English this far since I assumed that it could put people off if they click an ad in their language and the website ends up being in English.
However, I did try to create an ad in another language recently, and this seems to significantly have improved the average session duration and bounce rate for this country. This has made me believe that it could perhaps be a good idea to translate my ads into some languages.
What are your opinion about this? Could (correctly) translating ads be a good investment or is it just a waste of time and money?
