Legal requirement for website?

The Federal Surprise Billing Act went into effect Jan 1. One of the requirements is for employers to have it on a publicly available website.

I don’t want it in the footer nor should we be drawing attention away from customers. Can someone please provide an example with where they’ve put it?

I’d like to build out a page and allow people to find it via internal site search, or even organic if necessary. I want to be sure it’s possible.

Would love to see examples of where it was placed.

Thanks!
