I would like to know how I should handle hiring employees for my ecommerce business.
Currently the business is growing steadily and we're about to hit $100k/month in revenue. I currently have hired 5 VA's through upwork and they mainly deal with the customer service side of the business.
I have plans to grow the brand into new markets and getting my products into retail stores but I obviously need people that have expertise in those areas.
Who can I bring into the business that will be responsible for and will oversea all the hiring and operations of the business?
