May be a "Thank you card", a discount code.. even candy ? Looking for some ideas to higher my reviews and client's LTV.
When I first started, I added a nicely cut paper with a thank you and a link to leave a review on Google Reviews. Each review (good or bad) would have 3 trees planted as a thank you for their time. The same message with different copy was also sent automatically by email after some time.
Overall, 20+% orders left a review, all positive. I assume that firstly comes from my strict QC and giving my clients a great purchasing experience.
I'm thinking of doing the same now but with coupons for their next purchase or to share with friends/on social. What do you guys do ? Any hindsight ?
