Supplier not responding

I’ve a supplier in another country ( they also are an e-commerce store) and I’ve previously bought stock from them. This time I’ve placed an order on Wednesday and they still haven’t shipped it even though they promise same or next day shipping. He replied only once but post that I’ve been asking for an update and they haven’t been replying to my emails or texts or Reddit messages.

My customers have placed Pre orders and waiting and this is giving me anxiety.

What should I do? Should I just call?
