I've been working with an eCom store for about five months; their main source of sales was Amazon, a couple of months ago, they got suspended out of nowhere from Amazon, so they built another store.
They're based in Europe, now they want to add some members to the new store, BUT this member is based in a Central American country. The problem is that the Amazon messenger inbox doesn't work for this person.
Have any of you had this problem before? If yes, how did you solve it? Is there any chance this person need to use a VPN to connect to the Amazon EU Seller?
I really appreciate any help you can provide.
