Measuring and optimizing customer review performance

When you have 50+, mostly positive reviews on a shop, how do you make sure customers see the most convincing reviews?

Customers can sort by stars and "most helpful", but we're not getting much feedback on which reviews actually seal the deal (besides the occasional "this was helpful").

My background's in ad visibility and performance tracking, so it feels weird that customer reviews seem untracked and unoptimized.

Would anyone want to use a tool to track review performance (impressions, click throughs, which reviews lead to sales) and automatically feature the most successful reviews? It would highlight a mix of previously successful reviews, plus A/B testing other reviews to maximize effectiveness.

Seeing which reviews seal the deal would also be great feedback for marketing in general.
