Advice for high ticket jewelry brand

Hey guys. I’m running a brainstorming for a project and I would like to know if I can get some clarity from you, I really trust you.

Imagine that you are about to work with or open a fine jewelry e-commerce shop with these details:

Ethical jewelry brand, diamonds made in laboratory to don’t contribute to the slavery in Africa and 18k recycled gold.

Their most expensive item is a pair of earrings $1,650.

And their cheapest item is a piercing $140.

AOV at the moment is $340.

They are just making 5 sales per month, that’s just $1700

Their goal for the next 12 months is to make $150,000

What advice would you give them? Or what would you do?

Any idea is well appreciated.
