ecommerce platform with shipping flexibility

Hi,

I'm looking for an ecommerce platform with shipping flexibility. I am shipping flammable and non-flammable goods, so I'm after a platform or plugin that will let me assign products a weight and whether they are flammable or not. This will then determine shipping cost through appropriate couriers (based on weight + flammable or not).
