Starting April 27, 2022, the new Amazon update will help you avoid missed messages and subsequent refunds or negative feedback by highlighting cancellation requests on your Manage Orders page and on the Order Reports.
Make sure to enable the cancellation field on Order Reports to see the relevant information on the reports once this change takes effect so that you can keep your business running smoothly. 💯
