Can I get a good website builder for under £10?

Hi, this is my first post to this sub after trying literally everything

So my sister wants to start a candy selling business, online based and we're not looking to break the bank so I have been up all morning googling different options but all of them are £10 a month but only if you purchase a 2 year plan, which really annoys me.

Anyway, the question is: does anybody know of a good ecommerce website builder that is ACTUALLY £10 a month?
