On average, IT managers say that their team receives about 3 tickets a week because of order errors. That’s, with 25% the most important reason for all tickets.

We commissioned Sapio Research to conduct a survey amongst 1.000 IT professionals and leaders working for manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors.
