Virtual Address && Exchange Merch question


I was really curious to know if a customer wants to exchange and have a virtual address… How would you obtain that parcel and ensure if was returned? I do understand most of us do not accept refunds but exchanges can occur.

Can someone here enlighten me or provide some feedback.
