I am a new shop owner, coming from the software industry. I see that almost everyone when creating ad campaigns sending the customers to a version of their category page.
When doing software sales, there is normally the rule of thumb to remove everything from the landing page that can make a customer not convert.
My question is therefore, why don't you create more traditional landing pages without the menu and other distractions, that just focus on the products at hand? Is it better just to send them to the category page?
