Hi! I’m importing small furnitures to sell in my e-commerce store.
Most of the time I get positive feedback from clients, but sometimes I get a report that the product is damaged.
I believe that most of the damage reports are caused by improper installation of the furniture, I was thinking to maybe check every product when I get the products delivered from the factory, but this will be very time-consuming and not scalable.
How do you manage this?
