Hey guys, so my business partner and I just launched an e-commerce website. We own a traditional service company and decided to make a do-it-yourself kit for the same service we provide. We have decided to try and figure out the social media marketing ourselves because we have had a bad experience with an advertising agency in the past. We basically just felt like nobody would care as much as us and put more effort into the work as much as we would.
It’s been a little over a month now and we haven’t even hit break even yet. We just aren’t super confident in what we are doing or if there are more efficient ways to manage our campaigns/scale them.
My question is weather our strategy of doing it ourselves is wise with this new startup or if we should try and put trust into an agency to actually get our company profitable. Thanks!
