I just wanted to share a suspected scam I recently encountered where a customer asked for a refund on express shipping. I was immediately suspicious because I don’t offer express shipping and shipping is generally free in my store. I pointed him to these facts and asked for an order number but haven’t heard back from him since a month so I guess it’s safe to say it was not a genuine request.
I have an inquiry about my order. I paid for Express shipping, but my order is taking 8 business days to arrive. May I have a refund for the “Express Shipping” charge as I will not receive it by number of days guaranteed under that feature?
