Package delivered, client claims that he didn’t get it

The client wants a refund, I have a feeling that it's a scammer but I'm not sure. He refused reshipment, the email is rather rude and aggressive, the name of the received on the delivery confirmation is misspelled. Should I tell him that he can escalate it to Klarna (payment provider) or refund it so he wouldn't write a bad review?
