We have a successful ecom business that has been running for several years. We sell both through our own website and through Amazon.
We would like to improve the review profile of one of our products on Amazon.
How can we leverage our off-amazon business to do this?
We could simply send out an email and ask for them to review it on Amazon, but then most of the reviews would not be Verified.
One idea is that we could cross-reference our Amazon buyer list with our off-Amazon buyer list. For customers that appear on both lists, email them with an Amazon discount code and ask for a review.
Does anyone have any other ideas that we could try?
