Shopify app idea feedback

Problem: Brands are plagued with “Where is my order?” emails. This means customer support doesn’t find out about a negative customer experience until they’re contacted about it – once the customer emails in they’re already upset and it’s usually too late. If they’re upset they’re unlikely to come back.

Solution: An app that alerts you when an order hasn’t yet been delivered as expected. You define how many days an order should be delivered within and if the order isn’t delivered, you’re alerted. You can then investigate and follow up with the customer if need be to stop a one-star experience in its tracks.

This will eventually be extrapolated to monitoring more of the customer journey to ensure a good experience.
