Question for Shipsurance users

Over the years, I’ve had a decent number of orders that have been marked “delivered” when the customer says that didn’t receive it. We always re-ship at our cost and start a claim with the carrier. However, these usually don’t end up resulting in a paid claim.

Question for those that use Shipsurance- Have you been successful receiving a payout for claims like this? Any lessons learned that you can pass on would be greatly appreciated.
