Is there a way to stupid proof Amazon PPC?

If you hire someone to manage your PPC, how do you make sure they don't accidentally set a setting to $20/day whenever you only want to spend $5 a day? Is there a way to not give them access to change the over all budget or set some kind of cap?

Even if I'm managing the PPC, I feel better if there's some setting so I don't make a mistake and type $400/day or something stupid. Is there any setting to help make sure no stupid mistakes happen?
