Does a low impression on youtube ad indicate that cpm bid is too low? If that is the case, then why does google ads spend my budget of another video ad and shows average cpm as more than double of what I have set.
At one place google ads is telling me that you have to increase the cpm bid if you want impressions. At other place- google ads is simply exhausting the half of the daily budget and showing that average cpm is more than double of what I have set. Is average cpm the only indicator of a low bid? Or am I understanding everything wrong ? Can somebody tell me some points to optimize my skippable youtube ads campaign?
