A customers package was returned to us the other day with the return to sender “unable to forward” note on it. The customer emailed us telling us to send it back to the same exact address. Says USPS just screwed up.
This is really hard to believe. Despite USPS screwing up all the time, I have a feeling the customer had failed to set up forwarding and did so after he noticed the package was returned. Now he is leaving that part out so we ship it back to him for free.
What do you think?
