ow to Reduce RTO on COD Orders? RTO rate is >50% even after OTP Confirmation for COD Orders.

It is eating up all my margins. I am based in India and 90% of my orders are COD. I have a verification app that confirms COD orders by OTP but still the RTO rate falls between 45-55%. Is there any tool that can help me with this? What can I do to reduce RTO? Any AI tool that helps reduces RTO?
