Prestashop not loading any management pages, error 500

Hello, I've got an installation of Prestashop running hosted on cpanel using PHP 7.4. The demo site loads, and so does the launch page of the shop admin centre. But any time I load ANY other page other then the initial dashboard it hangs and results in error 500. IE, as if there's nothing there.

I am just dumb and I have to install more modules, or is there something misconfigured in my Prestashop installation? Every file in my installation directory has read,write,and execute permissions so I don't know why there would be any issue in displaying the other pages.
