I have an idea for subscription boxes in a niche I am very familiar with.
Does anyone run a business model with subscription boxes as a large part of revenue? Any big pros/cons, or lessons learned?
The other personal benefit, at least initially, is that it will help create flexibility in my inventory purchases so that I am the one dictating what I purchase, instead of having to guess what a customer would want. My idea is for a single product category, but the category has hundreds of variations, so it is easy to create themed boxes around sub-genres.
