Improvements? Do I need to be more patient for my first sale?

Hi everyone, I launched my online tea business last night. I've been working on gaining followers on IG and have a few paid ads as well as a giveaway to celebrate my launch, which was received very well and is due to close soon.

I didnt expect anything crazy upon opening my shop. My question is: how long does it take for sales to pick up? What was your experience opening your online store?

Let me know your thoughts – any constructive criticism is welcome. Note that pricing is AUD. It's still very early days, I have a big product photo shoot this weekend so hopefully my reach and brand will improve and be honed over time. I only started developing this in late Oct.
