How do you generally understand which reviews are honest and not written for personal interests (I know that for example some sites pay people to leave reviews).
Specifically, I was looking at reviews of Klaviyo, a Shopify app for email marketing, and was looking at the one-star reviews.
How do I figure out which reviews truly express a pain point as opposed to others that are complete hating or manipulation?
Are there any things to keep in mind, any tricks to figure it out?
