Hi, I am setting up an online shop for professional services. Basically through the shop people will be able to hire me for different types of services like, web development, automations, etc.

My question is about the return policy that stripe asks me to have. Can I just put that I don't do refunds?

Imagine that you hire me to develop a project for months and at the end you ask for a refund. How does this kind of thing work?

How can I protect myself?
