Setting up custom emails – already have Blue host webhosting – can I use that to create free custom email addresses?

I have purchased a domain for my store. I will point the domain to my store provider (big commerce).

Now, I am in the process of setting up custom email addresses for that domain.

I already have blue host web hosting for another domain and email addresses set up for the other domain.

Can I point my store domain to bigcommerce and then use my bluehost webhosting service to create custom email addresses?
